Julius Yeoh
CPA (Aust), CA (M), CPA (PNG)

Mr. Yeoh was appointed a director on June 2008. He brings to the Board extensive senior management and board level experience in private and public sectors across continents and industry sectors. Mr. Yeoh is currently the Managing Director of Galley Reach Holdings, member of SA SIPEF NV, Belgian Multinational Corporation and public listed company on the Euronext Stock Exchange.

A professionally qualified chartered accountant and Fellow of the prestigious ACCA (UK), he was the first to graduate with triple Masters Degree, Master of Finance, MBA (major in Strategic Planning) and Master of Science (Strategic Focus) from Heriot Watt University (UK). He was also the recipient of the distinguished First World Award in Economics from London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, (UK). Mr Yeoh was awarded Member of the Order of the British Empire in the 2012 Queen Elizabeth II Honors list for services to Papua New Guinea.

Mr. Lindsay is a private practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Law Degree. He was appointed by the Bank’s Shareholder, the National Development Bank Ltd as its representative Director on the Board on 27 April 2015.




Rex Lam Paki
Independent Director

Mr. Paki holds a Bachelor in Commerce, majored in Accountancy from the PNG University of Technology. Mr. Paki brings a wealth of experience from the Private Sector. He was formerly with Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu as a senior Auditor. He has also worked with Small Business Development Corporation. Currently, Mr. Paki is the Managing Partner of RAM Business Consultants, an accounting firm and has been in private practice for over 15 years.

He holds high profile public and private sector positions as Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of University of Technology Development Consultancy Ltd, National Treasurer-CPA (PNG), Chairman of Nation Roads Authority, Chairman of LNG Project Infrastructure Committee, Board Member of Accountants Registration Board, Board Member of Associated Mills trading as Goodman Fielder and a Director of PNG Sustainable Development Program Ltd.

Mr. Goru holds Bachelor’s degree in Economics (1979 – 1982) UPNG.  Three (3) as a Private Consultant, Two (2) years with WNB Provincial Government as General Manager (NBOL Trust Fund), Five (5) years with Chevron Niugini Ltd (Kutubu Oil) as a G & A Cost Allocation Accountant & Business Development Accountant and Financial Advisor-Gulf Province, Three (3) years with BSP as Branch Accountant & Operations Manager (Rabaul), Five (5) years with BSP (Pom) in Branch Lending & Customer Service Operation. He has Banking and Financial experience. He is doing his own consultancy business.
